Case Study: Custom Wine Labels Produced with AeroDieCut
We are pleased to introduce a recent application of AeroDieCut in producing high-quality custom labels for wine bottles.
For this demonstration, we used an adhesive paper made with YUPO, a synthetic material from YUPO CORPORATION. Compared to standard paper materials, YUPO provides superior water resistance and durability. Its reliable performance in moist or refrigerated environments makes it an excellent choice for labeling applications where both visual appeal and resilience are key—such as wine, sake, craft beer, and other premium beverages.

- Material: YUPO-based adhesive paper
- Paper Size: 320x450mm
- Paper Thickness: 80μm
- Printing Method: Digital printer
- Cutting System: AeroDieCut with optional Waste Separator
- Die Board: Equipped with standard blades, with no special treatment applied
- Processing Method: The sheet was pressed four times using the Imposition Control function, with slight position shifts between each pass to ensure optimal alignment and a consistent finish.
We also confirmed that the optional Waste Separator operated smoothly and supported clean removal of waste material, contributing to a more streamlined post-processing workflow.
