AeroDieCut’s New Application: KATANA Paper Craft

We are excited to announce the launch of a new AeroDieCut sample: the KATANA Paper Craft. Inspired by the beauty of the traditional Japanese katana sword, this unique sample demonstrates the advanced capabilities of AeroDieCut technology.

Material Details:

Paper Type: Coated paper
Paper Size: 318 x 468mm
Paper Weight: 250gsm

Printing Process: Print the K100 layer first, apply over-toner foil using Uchida Foilglazer ll, and then print the coloured layer over the foiled paper to add a premium finish.

The design is optimised for cutting into A4 size, making it ideal for distribution as a promotional item at exhibitions and events. This sample is based on an innovative concept by Morisaki, the Japanese die board supplier, we previously introduced (check out the interview on our YouTube channel:UCHIDA YOKO GLOBAL LIMITED - PRINT FINISHING).
Their expertise in die board technology and their visionary approach to paper craft played a pivotal role in the creation of this project.
