Countron Touch

As you can see from the above table, this model can count up to 2,500 sheets per minute.
It can also count thin paper as light as 22g/m².
However, it can cause slight curling at the corner being counted, so it's recommended for applications where the curled sections can be cut off in the subsequent process.
Many use it for counting and sorting offset prints before cutting, as well as for counting form paper and thin labels.
Operation is simple, with just a touch of the touch screen for daily counting tasks.
 

 

Countron AT Touch

This model is count up to 2,000 sheets per minutet.
One of its key feature is its wide counting range, which accommodates paper from80 to 400gsm.
Unlike the Countron Touch, it does not cause curling, making it suitable for counting finished paper.
It is often used for personalized photo books, calendars and for checking finished brochures or flyers.
In addition, its ability to count thick paper up to 400gsm makes it ideal for counting thick cards and packaging materials.




Common Features
Both models offer optional large tables, making it easier to count paper before cutting.
They also have a booklet function, which enables them to count booklets such as catalogues.
During counting, tabs can be inserted into each specified unmber of sheets, allowing simultaneous counting and sorting for increased efficiency.
It is also possible to program where the tabs are to be inserted, e.g. first tab after 48 sheets, second tab after 24 sheets,thid tab after 60 sheets, etc.
This help to separate pages for multiple jobs in a single stack.
